The offical start of the actual program will be Monday July 11th and end on Sunday August 7th at 9am with the following available schedule:

Metabolic Resistance Training:

Monday -Wednesday- Friday : 5am, 6am, 7am, 9am,12pm and 6pm

Tue & Thurs 6pm & 7pm

*Saturday: 9am

Metabolic Cardio Classes:

Tuesday and Thursday: 6am, 9am and 5:30pm
