Concord Training Systems FAQ

Fit-2-The-Core Training System’s FAQ’s

Below are some common questions that we receive from

Fit-2-The-Core prospects:

1.)  What does each class consist of?

F2C Boot Camps offers 60-minute express workouts for busy professionals We offer 2 killer locations: Oak Grove Plaza and at Big C Athletic Club in Concord.  All campers are required to select one class time and location for each phase of Training.

Arrival Time: Each instructor will arrive on location and open the doors 10 minutes before the official start of the workout. Campers are expected to use this time to go through their own personal improvement routine. This is also time to discuss any questions, comments, or concerns with the on-site trainer before the start of the workout.

Please know that our main focus is keeping our campers safe and healthy. Thus, each class begins with a complete, state-of-the-art warm-up emphasizing mobility and activation to best prevent unwanted injury and to allow for a more effective workout. Thus, late arrivals will not be allowed to workout without a proper warm-up. Clients  who are chronically tardy will be subject to membership suspension or termination on a case-by-case basis.

Departure Time: Each  instructor will remain or be available for an extra 10 minutes following the completion of each 60-minute session to address any remaining personal questions or concerns.

Clients are also highly encouraged to use this time to perform their post-workout routine consisting of corrective stretching and self-massage to best prevent nagging aches and pains and reduce soreness between workouts. However, this program caters to busy professionals, and we do understand if you need to leave immediately at the end of each workout. In this case, campers are expected to perform their post-workout routines at another time for best results.

2.) How long is each training session?

Our Training Systems operates on a 48-week annual training calendar based on seasonal variations and corporate/school schedules. We offer 12 phases per year, each lasting 4weeks in length with 1 week transition periods in between based on the time of year. All members are provided with maintenance workout and nutrition downloads during transition weeks. All downloads are available at the password protected Fit-2-The-Core members-only site at www.f2cbootcamps.com.

5.) How much does the program cost?

Fit-2-The-Core is a monthly membership program. Campers are required to commit to either a 3-month or 12-month billing agreement at a membership level that best caters to their schedule and budget as outlined below. 6.) What do I bring to class?

Each client is expected to bring the follow items to each workout:

- A water bottle or approved workout drink with shaker bottle

7.) What do I wear to class?

You should wear comfortable, breathable clothing. Please make sure to wear clothing that is not too big- we need to see your body move at different joint positions during the workout so we can best assess your form and technique and make the necessary corrections.

In addition, please wear shoes that are designated for athletic purposes- often referred to as running, cross-training, basketball, or tennis shoes. Some common brands are Nike, Adidas, New Balance, Brooks, Asics, etc. Please feel free to ask your on-site trainer for his/her recommendations for proper footwear for boot camp workouts.
